Yoga and ayurveda are holistic systems of wellness that bring transformation to your body, mind and consciousness. Rooted in the ancient culture of India, they are based on the science that our bodies are comprised of energy and that intelligence dwells in our heart center. By nurturing this awareness of the mind-body connection, we naturally shift to a lifestyle of balance that can prevent disease, bring happiness and increase longevity.

According to ayurveda and yoga, many “un-diagnosable” health complaints are signs of energetic imbalances that cause symptoms (such as stress, migraines, digestive issues, sinus congestion, lethargy, emotional eating, tinnitus, sciatic pain, acne, anger, insomnia, ADHD, low libido, etc.). If left unchecked, these may worsen and eventually manifest into disease.

Combining the wisdom of ayurveda and yoga, I create custom-designed wellness plans to target the root cause of these symptoms. I offer realistic, non-dogmatic and non-judgmental solutions to integrate positive change into your world.
