Level I/II Ashtanga Meditation Yoga Class: A moderate-paced class suitable for beginner or intermediate level pratictioners. This meditatively-focused class will follow the initial sequence of postures in the Ashtanga system, linking them together with the proper breathing technique and gaze to create a meditative flow. Posture modifications will be given to accommodate the various levels of experience in the class.
This private group class is designed to establish a community of practitioners who desire to commit to practicing yoga on a regular (once or twice a week) basis. Bring: A yoga mat. Rental mats are not available. Medical: Please notify me if you are pregnant, taking any medications, have any physical illnesses (i.e., high blood pressure), have any injuries, or have any other ailments. How Much: Monthly Pass Rates are as follows:
Monthly pass for Monday Nights only--$60; Monthly pass for Wednesday
nights only--$60; Monthly pass for Monday & Wednesday nights--$108.
The monthly pass must be purchased on or before the first class of the
month. Passes are valid for the entire month only. If you cannot make
it to a class, you may transfer that class to a friend. Cash or checks
only. There are no refunds. Passes will be sold on a "first come
first serve" basis. Existing students/pass holders will have priority
over new students. Overflow students will be added to the waiting list
and notified when an opening arises. Class size is limited to 5 students.
There is room for 1 "drop-in" per class. The drop-in rate is
$20. You must Call or Email to reserve your space. |
