In keeping with tradition, my private classes are tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve a sense of balance in your life. Your private class begins with a consultation where I evaluate where you are and where you would like to be (physically, emotionally and spiritually). We then create a holistic wellness routine specific to your needs.
Private classes can help with the following imbalances: Stress, Mental fatigue or forgetfulness, Anxiety, Sciatica, Neck pain, Feeling like your heart is closed to possibilities, Low energy, Lack of strength or stamina, Lack of tone or definition, Excess weight, etc. I have years of personal experience working with the physical and
emotional aspects of these imbalances. Your unique program to bring
balance to your life may center on any or all of the following areas:
therapeutic postures, restorative postures, breathing exercises, cleansing
or strength building. But whether your class is vigorous or gentle, my
focus is always to direct you inward to create a meditation. The teacher
is within. I am serving to help you connect with your inner wisdom.
